Greetings, This is FANTASTIC BASEBALL.
We have identified an issue with the position of the KBO All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card that was added during the July 25th update. The card was released with a different position than previously announced in our notices.
After further investigation, we confirmed that the card was intended to be released as an LF, consistent with the original design, but it was mistakenly listed in the notice. We have now corrected all related notices to match the original design.
However, we deeply sympathize with the disappointment of the Team Owners who attempted to acquire Ja-Wook Koo for the DH position based on the incorrect notice. To address this, we will allow those who obtained the LF version of Ja-Wook Koo to exchange it for the DH version if desired.
Please refer to the details below.
■ DH Position All-Star Ja-Wook Koo Player Card Update
- The DH position All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card will be added during the August 8th update.
- The existing LF position All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card will not be removed. Both positions will be available through the 2024 KBO All-Star Pick-Up Pack’ or trades.
※ The DH and LF positions of the All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card cannot be set in the lineup simultaneously.
※ Both positions will be included in the 2024 KBO All-Star Collection.
■ Eligibility for LF to DH All-Star Ja-Wook Koo Player Card Exchange
- All Team Owners who obtained the LF position All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card after the July 25th update.
■ Application Process and Details
1. If you still own the LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card:
- Submit a request to the Customer Center by 12:00 PM (noon) on August 7th using the format below.
Subject: LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo Player Card Exchange Request
Content: I agree to exchange my LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card for a DH All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card.
- During the August 8th update, we will retrieve the LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player cards from Team Owners who have submitted a request and provide the DH version. All enhancement information will be retained.
If you have acquired an Ultimate Trait, we will also provide 1 Ultimate Trait Acquisition Ticket.
- All Team Owners who requested exchanges must remove the LF version of the All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card from their lineup before the update on August 8th. If you do not remove the player card from the lineup, we cannot exchange the player card.
- Since the player card that is not removed from the lineup cannot be exchanged, all Team Owners who requested exchanges must remove the LF version of the All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card from their lineup, including PVP Showdown, Slugger Showdown, and any other content before the update on August 8th (The player card removed from all lineups will not have any tag on top of the player card in [LINEUP > ROSTER]).
2. If you have already released the LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card:
- Submit a request to the Customer Center by 12:00 PM (noon) on August 7th using the format below.
Subject: DH All-Star Ja-Wook Koo Player Card Request
Content: I wish to receive the DH All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card as I have already released my LF All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card.
- During the August 8th update, we will check the release records and provide the DH All-Star Ja-Wook Koo player card to Team Owners who have submitted a request, corresponding to the number of releases. (Enhancement and trait information will not be transferred.)
※ Team Owners wishing to exchange or receive the player card must submit their request to the [Customer Center → System Error] category within the specified period. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
※ Please note that the plans for rewards have changed and the additional rewards initially announced in the ‘Non-Maintenance Patch - July 29th’ notice will not be distributed.
