We have identified an issue with the "Trade Team Selection Event," which began after the November 28th update maintenance. The issue caused certain affiliated team players not to appear when selecting a specific team during the 6th trade.

Upon further investigation, we confirmed that players from affiliated teams appeared correctly in regular Prism Diamond Trades but did not appear during the 6th trade when a specific team was designated. This issue was promptly resolved at 5:40 PM on December 16, 2024 (KST).

To compensate Team Owners who used Trade Tickets in hopes of obtaining players from their desired affiliated teams, we will distribute Prism Diamond Trade Tickets via mail based on the number of times the issue occurred with your selected team.

- All Team Owners who selected an affected team during the 6th trade between the start of the event on November 28, 2024, and the resolution of the issue on December 16, 2024, at 5:40 PM (KST).

■ Compensation Details

- For each instance where an affected team was selected during the 6th trade, 6 Prism Diamond Trade Tickets will be sent via mail.

- Example: If you selected KIA Tigers once during the 6th trade, you will receive 6 Prism Diamond Trade Tickets (12 tickets if selected twice).

※To ensure accurate recipient selection and thorough verification, rewards will be distributed on December 17th.
