We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue affecting the Award Winner Season 2 player cards.


This notice is regarding the abnormal pitching speed issues with three MLB player cards from the Award Winner Season 2 cards. Below are the details regarding corrective actions and the compensation plan.


Please review the compensation schedule and the card exchange request process to ensure a smooth gaming experience.

■ How to Apply for the Card Exchange

 - Eligibility: all Team Owners who currently own at least one affected card (Diamond grade or higher).

 - Process: submit a request to Customer Support by January 20th, 9:00 (UTC+9) using the format below.

  ※ Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

- Content: I agree to exchange my Award Winner Season 2 [Grade/Player Name] card for the Award Winner Season 2 [Player Name] card.



■ Please Note

1. You may request a replacement with any desired Award Winner Season 2 player card of the same grade as the original card.

2. If you apply for a card exchange, you will not receive the "Award Winner Season 2 Prism Diamond 10% Pack" compensation which is mentioned above.

3. The exchange process may take some time due to verification procedures.

4. Card exchange requests must be submitted via our Customer Support > System Error category. Requests must be submitted within the designated exchange period. No exchanges will be processed after the deadline.

5. Enhancement and Trait information will not transfer to the new card.

6. Compensation will only be provided to Team Owners who possess the affected player cards before the correction patch is applied. (Updated)

7. Make sure to remove the affected player card from all lineups before submitting your request. Cards not removed from lineups cannot be exchanged.

(You can verify that a player card is removed from all lineups if no tags are visible on the card under [Lineup → Roster].)
