Recently, we have identified abusive behavior in PVP Season Mode where multiple accounts were used to manipulate match outcomes through abnormal methods and unfairly acquire ranking points. We are writing to inform you of the actions taken regarding this matter.

While PVP Season Mode is content designed to foster fair competition among Team Owners, our internal monitoring revealed evidence of four accounts accessing the game from the same specific IP address and systematically taking turns to manipulate wins and losses.

Such abnormal gameplay is a serious exploit that causes significant disruption and harm to the ranking points of Team Owners who are rightfully striving for higher rankings.

Accordingly, FANTASTIC BASEBALL applies a zero-tolerance policy against any actions that undermine a fair gaming environment, regardless of a user's payment history. We have closely tracked this activity and taken strict disciplinary actions in accordance with our Terms of Service and Operational Policy, as detailed below.

[ Notice on Penalties for Abnormal Use ]

■ Reason for Penalty: Systematic match manipulation (abusing) using multiple accounts accessed from the same IP address

■ Basis for Penalty: Operational Policy Article 10 Standards for Use Restriction - “When multiple accounts exhibit the same pattern (meaningless team names/similar team names, etc.) and are used to play the game systematically (e.g., match manipulation, etc.)”

■ Subject to Penalty: The 4 identified accounts

■ Penalty Action: Permanent ban for all subject accounts and exclusion from the current PVP Season Mode rankings

We will continue to do our utmost to provide a fair and stable gameplay environment.
