Greetings, this is FANTASTIC BASEBALL.
We’re excited to share the details of the updates scheduled for Thursday, May 28th.
[Update Overview] 1. Eight new in-game events will be held. 2. Theme Cards: April Player of the Month Cards will be updated. - "April Player of the Month" cards, celebrating players showing incredible performances, will be added. 3. Theme Cards: Stats for Rising Star Player Cards will be updated, and a new card will be added. - The stats of "Rising Star" cards, which celebrate the outstanding performances of promising rookies expected to lead their teams in the future, will be updated to reflect real-world performance, and Jun-hyun Park of the KBO League's Kiwoom Heroes will be added. 4. Challenge Mode: A new Challenge season will begin. 5. Slugger Showdown will feature a new pitcher lineup. 6. The Exchange Shop Event will be held. 7. Player Enhancement Match mode will feature updated position assignments. 8. The PVP Season Mode Hot Time schedule will be changed. |

■ Theme Cards – Player of the Month Cards: April
"April Player of the Month" cards will be added to celebrate players who are leading their teams with outstanding performances in April, such as Seong-han Park of the SSG Landers, Yordan Alvarez of the Houston Astros, and Ildemaro Vargas of the Arizona Diamondbacks, who showed incredible performances after the opening.
- The Player of the Month card is a Theme Card that commemorates players who led their teams to victory with outstanding performances in the league during April of the 2026 season.
- 1 or 2 players per team will be released for the Player of the Month cards, depending on the number of players selected as the Player of the Month.

■ Theme Cards: 2026 Season Rising Star Player Cards
The stats of "Rising Star" player cards—celebrating the next generation of elite talent poised to shape the future of their teams—will be updated to reflect their real-world performance, and Jun-hyun Park of the KBO League's Kiwoom Heroes will be added.
- Look forward to the outstanding performances of rookies announcing a successful start after the opening! Meet Jun-hyun Park of the Kiwoom Heroes, T.J. Rumfield of the Colorado Rockies, and more.
- The Overall Rating (OVR) of Rising Star cards is adjusted monthly based on each player's real-world performance during the 2026 season. (Updates occur during the maintenance at the end of each month.)
- Rising Star cards can only be obtained through specific card packs and via the Trade system.
- You can view changes to player ratings at a glance through [OVR History].
- You can check all Rising Star details via [Live Player Info] on the main screen.

■ Challenge Mode
A new season of Challenge Mode will begin, featuring fresh challenges and missions.
- New Challenge Mode Period: May 28th, after the update ~ June 11th, before the update

Challenge Mode Clear Reward Event
- All clear the Fireballer challenge on Hard difficulty to earn a special reward.

■ Slugger Showdown
A new pitcher lineup has been applied.
- The opposing pitcher lineup will be changed. Challenge the new lineup of pitchers for victory and rewards!
- Pitchers from leagues other than your favorite team’s league may appear in Slugger Showdown.

■ Exchange Shop Event
A new Exchange Shop Event will begin.
- Period: May 28th, after the update ~ June 11th, before the update
- Exchange your items for desired rewards at set rates.
- Items will be delivered to your in-game mailbox.

■ Player Enhancement Match Mode
The Saturday position rotation in Player Enhancement Match Mode will be updated.
- Saturday positions will be changed from (RP / 1B) → (RP / 2B).
(To maintain balance in the weekly rotation of enhancement positions, duplicated positions are periodically rotated.)
■ Other Improvements and Bug Fixes
1. [Gameplay / Prism Trade] Fixed an issue where players used as materials in a Prism Trade appeared as if they still remained in the Player Inventory.
2. [Scout] Fixed an issue where the 2022 Season KBO League Hanwha Eagles Min-woo Kim Player Card could not be scouted.
3. [Challenge Star Shop] Improved the Star Shop so that all possessed Stars can be used at once.
4. [Player Cards/Batting Hand] The batting hand for Munetaka Murakami of the MLB Chicago White Sox will be changed from right-handed to left-handed.
