Greetings! This is Ho-chan Kang, the Development Producer of Fantastic Baseball.

It feels like just yesterday we were eagerly awaiting the start of the 2024 baseball season, and now we’re already in December, wrapping up the year. For our operations and development team, 2024 was a landmark year with the launch of Fantastic Baseball. While there were many great moments, there were also areas where we could have done better. In 2025, we’ll use the lessons learned this year to ensure our team owners have an even more enjoyable and engaging experience.

Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm for Fantastic Baseball throughout the year. Now, let me give you a preview of the updates we’ve prepared for December and January.

1. Introduction of ‘Legend’ Theme Player Cards

 a. The greatest players who delivered legendary performances for each team will be released as ‘Legend’ theme cards. Build a stronger lineup with these iconic players who will excite baseball fans just by their names. (For KBO, retired players will also be included, so please look forward to it!)

 b. Additionally, top-performing foreign players from KBO will be released as regular cards in the late December update.

2. Christmas and New Year Events

 a. A ‘Christmas Gift Box’ event will be introduced in the December 12 update, followed by a ‘Happy New Year Box’ event on December 26. These boxes can be earned through mailbox rewards, login bonuses, special missions, and more, containing items such as Prism Diamond Trade Tickets, Transfer Tickets, and Rare Player Card Pack Tickets.

 b. A special scout event is also being prepared for late December.

 c. The ‘Fantastic Lucky Pouch’ event will grant players various rewards. These pouches can be earned through daily rewards in single play and player enhancement matches, as well as through the Points Race and Roulette events.

 d. Additional surprise gifts will be distributed through special New Year push notifications, and the exchange shop event will continue with new exchangeable items being added.

3. Expansion of Single Play Levels

 a. Following the ‘Ultimate’ difficulty, the new ‘Unlimited’ difficulty will be sequentially added. Players who clear these new levels will receive a ‘10% Prism Diamond Pack’ as the ultimate reward.

4. Updates to Unique Player Faces and Motions

 a. Approximately 10 new unique player faces and 20 unique pitching or batting motions will be added.

 b. We will continue to expand updates for unique player faces and motions in the future.

5. New Content to Strengthen Player Cards and Lineups

 a. A new feature that allows players to enhance their cards using Prism Diamond player cards is currently in development, targeting a release at the end of January. This feature will enable players to boost their team’s power further.

 b. We are also introducing new mechanics, such as potential effects, a first for Fantastic Baseball, to add strategic elements to lineup management. We hope you will enjoy exploring these new features.
