The new year of 2025 has dawned. We sincerely thank all our team owners for enjoying Fantastic Baseball over the past year, and we wish you a year filled with happiness and success.

We also hope that 2025 will bring even more exciting and unforgettable baseball moments, creating cherished memories. At Fantastic Baseball, we are committed to enhancing your experience and doubling the joy of baseball.

Here’s a brief overview of the updates we have planned for January 2025.

1. ‘Award Winner 2’ Theme Player Cards

 a. Players who achieved outstanding performances in 2024 and earned various prestigious titles will be featured as ‘Award Winner 2’ theme cards. Relive the glory of these titleholders and the amazing moments from 2024.

 b. In addition, in the late January update, we’ll release regular cards for foreign players who excelled in the KBO during the 2018–2019 seasons.

2. New Features for Prism Diamond Cards

 a. A feature allowing scouting of Prism Diamond-tier player cards will be added in late January. Scouting Prism Diamond cards will require an item (Prism Diamond Scout Ticket) in addition to Gold and PP, and the system is being designed to increase the chances of recruiting your desired Prism Diamond player compared to standard Diamond-tier scouting.

 b. Prism Diamond cards will also become releasable, adding more flexibility to card management.

 c. When trading theme cards via Prism Diamond Trades, one of the two trade offers will now be guaranteed to feature another theme card.

 d. Finally, a Limit Break System will be introduced to further enhance Prism Diamond-tier player cards. Limit breaks will be available only for Prism Diamond cards, and the same player’s Prism Diamond card will be required as a material for the process.

 (Regular cards can only use regular cards as materials, and theme cards can only use theme cards.)

 e. The system will support two stages of limit breaks, with the first stage releasing in late January and the second stage following in late February.

3. 300-Day Anniversary and Lunar New Year Events

a. We are pleased to announce that Fantastic Baseball is approaching its 300-day milestone since launch. To commemorate this occasion and celebrate Lunar New Year, we have prepared a series of in-game events where Team Owners can obtain key items and valuable in-game currencies as a token of our appreciation for your continued support. Please find the details of the 300-Day Celebration and Lunar New Year rewards below. Rewards will be available through in-game login on January 16th and January 23rd, following the scheduled updates.

  i. On January 15th, a special push notification will be sent to provide further rewards in honor of this milestone.

  ii. Team Owners can earn Diamonds, Rare Player Card Pack Tickets, and various growth items by participating in both login events.

  iii. By redeeming special coupons revealed via our official community, Team Owners can receive the following items

  iv. During the Lunar New Year holiday period, Team Owners will receive Lucky Bags through special push notifications.

  v. During the Lunar New Year holiday, Team Owners can claim additional special rewards directly from the main lobby in-game.

 b. We remain committed to providing exciting new content and events for our Team Owners, and we sincerely thank you for your ongoing support. We look forward to your continued participation as we prepare for the 2025 season opening.

4. Expansion of Single-Play Levels

 a. Following the addition of the ‘Ultimate’ difficulty, the new ‘Unlimited’ difficulty will be rolled out sequentially.

 Clearing these higher difficulty levels will reward players with a ‘10% Prism Diamond Pack’ as the ultimate prize.

5. Updates to Unique Player Faces and Motions

 a. Seven unique player faces and 30 signature motions will be added.

 b. We will continue expanding these updates to make player appearances and animations even more personalized and realistic.
