The 2025 baseball season is fast approaching. The offseason’s most exciting aspect—trades—has been unfolding in intriguing ways, bringing unexpected headlines that have captured everyone’s attention.

At Fantastic Baseball, we are also working hard to prepare for the new season with major updates and special events. Our large-scale season-opening update and commemorative events are scheduled for mid-March, so please stay tuned!

Now, let’s take a quick look at the updates coming before the 2025 season officially begins, as well as the key changes planned for the big season-opening update in March.

1. Limit Break System: Stage 2 Update

 a. Following the Stage 1 Limit Break update in January, Stage 2 will be introduced at the end of February.

 b. The Limit Break process will remain the same as Stage 1, but it will bring additional potential abilities, new player card effects, and increased team power to make your team even stronger.

2. Monster Season Card Buffs

 a. We will increase the stats and pitch velocity of certain Monster Season cards.

 b. Monster Season cards were designed to commemorate players who had truly dominant seasons.

 c. Some cards currently have lower stats and pitch velocity compared to their actual performance, so we will adjust these accordingly.

3. Additional Updates

 a. Expansion of single-player high-level content

 b. Unique player faces and signature motions

 c. Continuous updates to various in-game events

4. March Season-Opening Update

To celebrate the official start of the 2025 baseball season, we are preparing a major update and events at the end of March!

 a. Addition of 2025 Player Cards

New 2025 player cards will be introduced. AI lineups in all game modes will be updated to reflect 2025 rosters.

 b. New Single-Player Mode

A brand-new single-player mode will be added. This mode will feature a mini pennant race for each level, with the opportunity to advance to the postseason based on performance. Winning the postseason will grant players ‘V Coins’, which can be exchanged for various in-game rewards.

 c. PVP Enhancements

In addition to team stats, individual player records will also be available for review. We will introduce Revenge Matches, RP 2x events, and other features to give players more ways to earn RP.

 d. UI Renewal & Visual Upgrades

The main UI, including the game lobby and PVP waiting room, will be revamped to align with the season opening. Various new in-game visual effects and animations will be added. We are also carrying out large-scale optimization work to improve overall game performance.
