It feels like we just welcomed the new year, yet we’re already in March 2025. Time is flying, but that only means the long-awaited 2025 baseball season is just around the corner. We’re eagerly anticipating the intense matchups and unforgettable moments that this season will bring.

To celebrate the new season, we are preparing a Season Opening Update scheduled for March 20. Our team is working hard to deliver an exciting update to thank all our team owners for their continued support. Here’s a preview of what’s coming in the Season Opening Update.

1. Season Opening Celebration Events

a. To mark the launch of the 2025 season, we will be giving out special gift packs. 

These include Diamonds, Gold, and a Prism Diamond player card from your favorite team.

b. A season-opening coupon event will be held

You can enter a code to claim various rewards, including Premium Player Card Pack Tickets and Diamonds.

c. A 7-day season-opening mission event will take place.

Each day, a new set of missions will be available.Players can earn individual mission rewards, daily completion rewards, and an overall completion reward. Completing all missions will grant a 10% Prism Diamond Player Pack for the 2025 League.

d. Additionally, we will be hosting Friend Invite events, Scout Point events, and more, so stay tuned!

2. Release of 2025 Regular Season Cards

a. Based on the 2024 season’s stats, new 2025 Regular Season player cards will be introduced, reflecting each team’s updated roster.

b. With the release of the new season cards, all opponent teams in various game modes will be updated to use 2025 player cards, and a new 2025 Collection Bonus will be added.

c. The updated team uniforms and logos for the 2025 season will also be reflected in the game.

3. New Game Mode: ‘Path to Champions’

a. ‘Path to Champions’ is a new league-style mode where players compete from the Pennant Race to the Postseason, aiming to become league champions.

b. The mode features difficulty levels from 1 to 10, with each level requiring between 15 to 30 games. Players must achieve a minimum number of wins to advance to the Postseason.

c. Players can earn various rewards, including first-win bonuses, in-game performance rewards, and interactive play rewards. The V-Coin Shop will be introduced, where V-Coins—earned from winning championships—can be used to purchase exclusive items.

d. A new item, ‘Limit Break Ticket’, will be available in the V-Coin Shop. This ticket can be used as a material for limit breaks, allowing you to further enhance your Regular and Theme Cards.

4. Enhancements to PVP Season Mode

a. Players will now be able to track individual player stats for each season. New stats such as ERA and stolen bases will be added to the existing season records.

b. A new ‘Hot Time Event’ will be introduced. Playing PVP Season Mode matches during specific hours will grant double RP rewards.

c. A ‘Revenge Match’ system will be added. If matched against the same opponent within your last 10 matches, you will earn double RP for that game.

5. UI Renewal & In-Game Presentation Enhancements

a. The main lobby screen, PVP Season Mode lobby, Friendly Match lobby, and loading screens will receive a visual refresh.

b. New cinematic presentations will be added, including: Batter introductions, Starting pitcher entrances, Reliever substitution animations, Enhanced home run celebration effects, Other Updates & Optimizations.

Additionally, Sluggers Showdown Score Reward System will be introduced. More unique player faces and signature animations will be added. Game performance optimizations will be implemented, focusing on reducing overheating and improving stability for a smoother experience.
