Greetings! This is Ho-chan Kang, the Development Producer of Fantastic Baseball. 

The 2025 season has officially begun for MLB, KBO, and CPBL, and each day brings intense and thrilling games that match the passion of baseball fans everywhere. Since our season-opening update at the end of March, Fantastic Baseball has received a great deal of attention and feedback from our Team Owners. We’ve been actively monitoring all the feedback shared across various communities, and our entire development team is doing its best to quickly implement changes wherever possible.

April 24th marks the 400th day since Fantastic Baseball was launched. We are sincerely grateful to all our Team Owners for being with us on this journey, and we’ll continue striving to deliver exciting updates and events that keep Fantastic Baseball fresh and evolving every day.

Let me share a brief overview of what’s coming in the late April update:

1. A New Theme Card Will Be Added

a. A completely new type of Theme Card—unlike anything previously released—will be introduced.

b. Details will be shared in the upcoming patch notes, but here’s a teaser:

c. One player from each MLB, KBO, and CPBL team will be selected, and their stats will update monthly based on their real-world cumulative season performance.

d. We hope this new feature allows you to enjoy both cheering for your favorite real-life team and seeing those stats reflected directly in-game.

e. We’ll reveal which players are selected for each team soon—please look forward to it!

2. Truist Park, Home of the Atlanta Braves, Will Be Added

a. Truist Park, home to the Atlanta Braves—one of the most storied franchises in MLB—will be newly available in-game.

b. Feel the grandeur of the home stadium of a National League East powerhouse.

c. We’ll continue adding more stadiums so that you can enjoy the unique identity of Fantastic Baseball, featuring MLB, KBO, and CPBL stadiums alike.

3. New Synergy Effects Will Be Introduced

a. In line with recent system additions like Breakthrough, we’re adding several new synergy effects.

b. These will not only enhance your players but also strengthen your overall Team Strength.

c. We hope our team owners look forward to discovering the strategic advantages these new synergies can bring.

4. Special 400-Day Events Are Coming

a. To celebrate our 400-day milestone, we’ve prepared a variety of events:

b. A Pick-Up Check-in Event, where you can choose the items you want—no more one-size-fits-all rewards.

c. Special gifts to mark the 400th day celebration and much more to help you enjoy Fantastic Baseball even more!

5. Event Card Improvements

We’ve heard your concerns:

a. Many players experienced limitations when their first Diamond card was an event card—lower PP upon release, restricted growth options, and overall inconvenience.

b. With the late April update, event cards will be improved to function the same as regular cards.

c. You’ll now be able to receive the same amount of PP upon release and grow them without limitations.

d. We’ll continue listening to your feedback and work to improve areas of inconvenience.

We are continuously working on optimizing the game. It may take time, but our goal is to ensure that all team owners can enjoy a smooth, stable experience. In particular, we will keep monitoring player stats closely, and make adjustments where necessary based on our internal criteria.
